Alchemia is a play on the Renaissance era spelling of the word alchemy (from Khem, the Greek word for Egypt),

• a seemingly magical process of transformation, creation, or combination.

Alchemia Sound Healing is a restorative and therapeutic experience with resonant sound, aka a sound bath. Immerse yourself, through deep listening and feeling, in the exquisite vibrations of 3 crystal alchemy singing bowls, along with melodic vocals, shruti box, koshi chimes, and loving reiki energy. With intention setting, guided meditation and gentle breathing exercises to help ground and settle into a restful state. This combination, alchemia, if you will, of modalities is lovingly and intentionally curated by Nicole Benisch, bringing together her life-long passion for music with over 2 decades of study and experience in the fields of holistic well-being and spirituality. Each participant will receive a mini reiki treatment with Nicole before the sound journey.

Nicole Benisch is the founder of Light Spirit Essentials and Reyna Collective. She uses meditation, aromatherapy, reiki and music to help her clients with nervous system regulation, energy balancing, and mind-body connection.
