Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that there is a 6 hour cancellation policy. If you no show/late cancel you are subject to a late fee charge of $10 or a loss of class (depending on package type). The $10 will be charged to your card on file.
Waitlist Policy
As our community grows, we are hoping to make booking classes as seamless as possible. Please see below for our studio policy and suggestions regarding booking classes and the waitlist.
Class capacity is capped at 20 people for West Side Yoga and 22 people for West Side Yoga 108.
Once the class roster is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If you are on the waitlist, we assume you are able and want to attend class if a spot opens up. If you do not plan on attending class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
Should you get off the waitlist, you will receive an email notifying you. You can also check your place on the WSY app.
1 hour before class the waitlist stops automatically adding clients to the roster. If a spot opens up within an hour prior to class time, you may receive a text checking to see if you would like to attend.
If you are first on the waitlist (the app displays your place in line!), please plan on coming to the studio as a standby client. You will be admitted into class if there is a no-show ahead of you.
