West Side Flow
Intentional, creative, and thoughtfully curated, West Side Flow is our signature vinyasa experience designed to connect movement, breath, music, and energy. Each week, the practice explores one of the seven chakras, using a carefully crafted sequence to embody the qualities and themes of that energy center. Class begins with a targeted mobility sequence to prepare the body, create greater freedom of movement, and build the foundation for the practice ahead. As the class unfolds, each posture and transition serves a purpose, progressively preparing the body and mind for a peak pose or sequence inspired by the week's chakra focus. Music, movement, breath, and intention are woven together to create an immersive experience that is both physically engaging and energetically meaningful. While the practice offers opportunities to challenge yourself and explore new possibilities, modifications and variations are provided throughout, making the class accessible and rewarding for practitioners of all levels. Expect to leave feeling balanced, empowered, and deeply connected.

Yin Yoga
Slow, meditative, and deeply restorative, Yin Yoga is a grounding practice that invites you to turn inward and soften into stillness. Through passive, supported postures held for several minutes at a time, this practice gently applies moderate stress to the body’s connective tissues (including the fascia, ligaments, and tendons) encouraging increased mobility and release. Rooted in principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Elements Theory, each class offers a quiet space to explore balance within the body’s energetic systems. With an emphasis on surrender rather than effort, students are guided to relax muscular engagement, breathe deeply, and find their personal edge within each shape. This practice supports the rehydration of connective tissues, enhances joint mobility, and promotes the smooth flow of Qi throughout the body. Hands-on assists may be offered to support deeper release and relaxation, always with care and consent. Expect to leave feeling spacious, restored, physically open, and energetically renewed.
Offered at 108.
Flow & Reset
Balanced, grounding, and deeply restorative, Flow & Reset blends slow Vinyasa movement with the quiet support of Yin Yoga to create a practice that both energizes and restores. The class begins with mindful, breath-led Vinyasa sequencing designed to gently warm the body, build awareness, and link movement with intention. As the practice unfolds, students are guided through flowing postures that encourage presence, connection, and ease in motion. The second half of class transitions into longer-held Yin postures, inviting deep release into the connective tissues and a calming of the nervous system. This shift from movement to stillness supports integration, allowing the body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of the practice. Each class is thoughtfully curated around a theme such as a chakra, seasonal transition, or energetic shift, creating a cohesive and intentional experience from start to finish. Sound healing and optional aromatherapy touch are incorporated to further support grounding and sensory awareness, guiding you back into the present moment. Expect to leave feeling balanced, restored, and deeply reset.

Restorative
Deeply nurturing, unhurried, and supportive, Restorative Yoga is a practice of intentional rest, allowing the body and mind to fully soften into ease. This unheated class centers on active rest, relaxation, body acceptance, and self-love, creating space to step away from effort and into deep replenishment. Through meditation techniques, breath awareness, and supported postures, students are guided into a state of calm where the nervous system can unwind and reset. Using props to fully support the body (including bolsters, blankets, blocks, and optional personal items such as an eye cover or blanket from home) each posture is designed for comfort, ease, and sustained release. Fewer poses are held for longer periods of time, allowing tension to dissolve gradually and encouraging a profound sense of physical and emotional spaciousness. Gentle variations are offered to meet each body where it is, supporting a practice that is accessible and inclusive. This class is an invitation to rest deeply and without expectation, offering a safe and welcoming space for all bodies, all levels of experience, and all who need restoration. Comfy clothing and layers are encouraged to keep you warm and supported throughout this easeful practice. Expect to leave feeling deeply cared for, grounded, and renewed.

Yoga Burn
Strength-building, targeted, and intelligently structured, Yoga Burn uses resistance bands to activate and strengthen underused muscle groups through focused, repetitive movement patterns. The first portion of class is dedicated to 45 minutes of resistance-based training, where breath and movement support sustained effort as specific muscle groups are challenged and strengthened. Expect a steady, intentional burn as you build heat and develop deeper muscular engagement throughout the body. The class concludes with 15 minutes of active stretching designed to open, release, and restore the muscles that have been worked. This cooldown helps improve mobility, reduce tension, and support recovery, leaving the body feeling balanced after effort. Yoga Burn is structured to be both accessible and scalable, making it appropriate for all levels while still offering a strong and effective workout. Long pants are recommended for comfort and support during band work. Expect to leave feeling strong, activated, and thoroughly worked.

From there, students are guided into functional strength and mobility work designed to build heat, improve range of motion, and deepen connection to the body. As the practice unfolds, flowing vinyasa sequences invite creative exploration, precision, and sustained focus, weaving movement and breath into a steady, meditative rhythm. Each transition is approached with care and clarity, encouraging both stability and curiosity within the practice. The class gradually winds down with grounding postures and spacious stillness, allowing the nervous system to settle and the effects of the practice to integrate fully.
