Bradshaw Wish is a Chicago-based yoga teacher with over ten years of experience. He leads public classes, workshops, teacher trainings, and international retreats, blending classical vinyasa with a mindful, modern approach.
A student of Jason Crandell with a 500-hour certification, Bradshaw’s teaching is both educational and engaging, combining anatomical clarity with a lighthearted, approachable style.
He is also the host of The Funny Thing About Yoga podcast, where he blends humor with meaningful conversations about the practice and community.

A smart, progressive approach to building a sustainable handstand practice. This workshop breaks down key anatomical principles to help students develop strength, stability, and confidence upside down. Includes drills, partner work, and step-by-step progressions to make handstands more accessible and teachable. By understanding how the shoulders, core, and wrists work together, students will develop a stronger awareness of how to support themselves more efficiently.

A space to step back, slow down, and reconnect with the deeper purpose of the practice. This workshop explores burnout through the lens of both the yoga teacher and student experience, offering practical tools to navigate overwhelm, over-efforting, and imbalance. Drawing from the Yamas and Niyamas, students will reflect on how these foundational teachings can support more sustainable habits, both on and off the mat. By reconnecting to intention and awareness, students and teachers can create a practice that feels more supportive, grounded, and sustainable over time.
